3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you share and the destination links you provide. LeadMagnet does not host your files; we facilitate the lead generation and secure verification process.
4. Data Privacy
Creators are responsible for managing the emails they capture in accordance with local privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). LeadMagnet provides the tools to capture affirmative consent, but the final legal obligation rests with the account holder.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of traffic or leads due to temporary service interruptions.
